I accept insurance from over 40 different plans and carriers to make therapy more accessible. Here are some of the most common ones I work with:

Don't see your insurance listed? Reach out anyway—I also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.

Private pay individual therapy sessions are $150 for a 50-minute session.

Accepted forms of payment include all major credit cards.

Yes, I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation so we can discuss your needs and determine if we're a good fit to work together.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

I focus exclusively on individual therapy and do not provide couples or family therapy services.

I offer non-emergency same-day appointments are available at a rate of $225 for a 50-minute session.

Same-day appointments are not for emergencies. If you are having an emergency please call 988/911 or go to your local ER.
